Salary : £36,420 per annum, plus either a company vehicle or £4,000 vehicle allowance per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm)

Our client, a leading provider of housing solutions, is seeking a Property Maintenance Operative to cover the Cheltenham area.
Purpose of the Role:
Reporting directly to the Head of Property, the role involves managing both planned and reactive maintenance tasks across properties within the organisation. Responsibilities include performing necessary repairs and installations as required. This position is home-based, with daily travel to complete maintenance and repair tasks at properties.
