Property Maintenance Technician

Overview:
Kings Island is seeking skilled **Property Maintenance Technicians** to support the upkeep of park facilities, associate housing, and overall property grounds. This is a full-time position offering a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth within Kings Island.

We are especially looking for candidates who are proficient in door and door lock maintenance. Locksmith experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

+ Perform general carpentry work and facility maintenance, including framing, drywall, trim, flooring, and finishing repairs
+ Install, repair, and maintain doors, locks, and related hardware across park facilities and housing
+ Troubleshoot and service door systems and locking mechanisms, ensuring proper function and security
+ Repair and maintain building structures, fixtures, and interior/exterior components
