**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves providing basic maintenance repairs across six low-income housing apartment complexes within Hartford. This position offers flexibility with work hours from Monday to Thursday and an option to extend hours on Friday for a total of 40 hours per week. The technician will be responsible for ensuring that apartments are well-maintained between tenants, contributing to the upkeep and improvement of our growing portfolio.

**Responsibilities**

+ Travel to various apartment complexes within Hartford to perform maintenance tasks.
+ Conduct basic repairs such as replacing doorknobs, patching drywall, painting touch-ups, and replacing lightbulbs in appliances.
