Job Title: Property Manager Location: Bangalore Job Summary: The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations, maintenance, financial performance, and compliance of commercial properties. The role ensures efficient service delivery, tenant satisfaction, regulatory adherence, and optimal asset performance while managing site teams, vendors, and budgets. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Operations & Facility Management Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day facility operations and statutory compliance Oversee operation & maintenance of all MEP systems (Electrical, DG, HVAC, Lifts, STP/WTP, Fire, Plumbing, etc.) as per asset manuals Ensure adherence to SOPs, checklists, logbooks, and preventive maintenance schedules Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep across all areas Implement and monitor parking management and visitor management systems 2.
