ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Property Manager is a member of the management team that will manage approximately 280 residential units encompassing LIHTC units, Older Adult Housing/Assisted living facilities and scattered-site residential and retail properties. RiseBoro Property Managers are responsible for the overall maintenance and operation of residential properties and act as a liaison between RiseBoro and tenants. Responsibilities include:
Tenant Engagement
+ Establish consistent high-quality customer service with tenants across the portfolio; engage in professional dialogue with tenants to resolve their questions and concerns in a timely manner;
+ Maintain consistent, open communication with tenants pursuant to the Communications Policy; ensures tenants know how to reach appropriate staff, and ensures all appropriate communications to tenants and staff are posted in buildings as needed, including during emergencies and ser...
