Property Manager – Commercial Buildings & M&E Mastery

ADVANCER IFM PTE. LTD. is seeking a Property Manager for its commercial building in Singapore. The ideal candidate will manage operations and maintenance, ensuring smooth operations of all Mechanical & Electrical systems while overseeing contractors and service providers.

Applicants should hold a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management and possess 3–5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with familiarity with Singapore’s regulatory requirements.
