We’re recruiting an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in Coventry, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The position involves managing maintenance requests, tenancy agreements, and compliance requirements while delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants. • £27800 to £32480 OTE dependent on experience, consisting of: Basic salary of £20000 to £27500 per year, dependent on experience, and £4,980 additional earnings expected through uncapped commission scheme
• Company Car
• Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturday’s, with a day-in-lieu)
