Role Overview

We need a Property Manager who can take full ownership of a geographically diverse portfolio and run it confidently, commercially and compliantly, without being micromanaged.

You’ll be trusted with a varied portfolio spanning South Wales, Bristol and Gloucester, acting as the main point of accountability for service delivery, client relationships and long‑term asset care.

The portfolio has been sized to be manageable and sustainable, allowing you to focus on quality, consistency and long‑term outcomes.

Role Expectations

This is a varied, multi‑location portfolio that requires strong organisation, sound judgement and confidence dealing with clients, residents and contractors.
