We work in partnership with local authorities to provide safe, dignified homes for households who need them most — currently 73,310 in London alone, including one in every 21 children. We are small, hands‑on, and serious about doing this work well.

The Role

As Property Manager, you'll be the person who keeps our homes — and the people in them — looked after. You'll own the day‑to‑day running of our portfolio: maintenance, move‑ins, compliance, and the relationships that hold it all together. It's a role with real responsibility from day one, and the chance to shape how we grow.
