Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing property marketing campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.
• Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate quality sales leads.
• Coordinate marketing materials, advertisements, and campaign timelines to ensure effective execution.
• Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to achieve marketing objectives.
• Support the planning and execution of integrated online and offline marketing campaigns.

• Coordinate and support property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, buyer events, and corporate functions.
• Liaise with internal departments, agencies, media partners, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
