Technical Officer
Assist and support the M&E Executives. Lead the Technicians to provide technical services.
M&E Systems- Assist the M&E Executives in the overall day to day maintenance and operations of building and M&E systems.
- Monitor and ensure the systems operate efficiently and safely and in accordance with the design specifications and intent.
- Monitor & supervise the execution of Preventive Maintenance Plan.
- Procure M&E and building parts for repairs and replacement.
- Administer PTWs.
- Vendors management and verify works upon completion.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities to ensure contractors / vendors and technicians complete all repair and maintenance work within the required timelines and standards.
- To inspect/supervise/test plumbing fittings periodically to uncover any defects, by-pass timers and controls periodically to turn on lights to check for defective ones...
