Responsibilities
- Proactively promote and sell the company’s diverse range of industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs as set by management.
- Manage relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, corporate investors, and business owners.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end sales process, including the preparation of booking forms, loan applications, and coordination with solicitors for SPA signings.
- Actively participate in networking events, property fairs, and industry roadshows to expand the client base and brand presence.
