Opportunity Description

The role:

To generate property sales, provide exceptional customer service to buyers and vendors, and support the branch in achieving sales targets. The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for arranging viewings, negotiating offers, progressing sales, and building strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales and Business Development

  • Register and qualify prospective buyers.

  • Match applicants to suitable properties and arrange viewings.

  • Conduct property viewings where required.

  • Generate and negotiate offers between buyers and vendors.

  • Meet and exceed individual and branch sales targets.

  • Identify and secure valuation opportunities for the branch.

  • Follow up all leads and enquiries promptly and professionally.
