Property Services Co-op Fall 2026

*Position Summary* The Facility Maintenance co-op is responsible for assisting with facilities management for all RMV Service Centers. He/she will learn the different facets relating to facilities management and ensuring smooth operation throughout our centers. *Duties and Responsibilities* * Assist and support operations team on ongoing projects. * Assist with daily site inspections. * Assist with resolving Service Center facility related issues and problems. * Assist with light duty maintenance, repairs, and installs to support the RMV Service Centers as needed * Assist with maintaining Prism work orders to make sure they are complete in a timely manner. * Assist with escorting contractors as needed. * Assist with tracking various needed items. * Assist with supporting all MassDOT business units with Property Services matters include reporting and dispatching appropriate personnel to address situations. * Assist maintenance supervisor with landscaping on MassDOT owned properties, lig...
