Proposal Manager (Remote Opportunity)

VetsEZ is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Manager to support and manage federal proposal efforts. This role is ideal for a proposal professional with hands-on experience in federal proposal development and coordination. The position will focus on organizing, managing, and supporting the end-to-end proposal process to ensure structure, compliance, and quality. The selected candidate will work closely with Capture Managers, technical leads, and executive leadership to deliver timely, compliant, and compelling proposal submissions.

The candidate must reside within the continental US.

Responsibilities:


+ Support and coordinate full lifecycle federal proposal development efforts.

+ Develop and manage proposal schedules, kickoff meetings, and milestone tracking.

+ Maintain proposal templates, outlines, compliance matrices, and response structures.

+ Coordinate color team reviews (Pink, Red, Gold) and track resolution of action items.
