Proposal Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review RFP/RFQ documents: Thoroughly analyze requirements to create both technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accurate cost allocation, adherence to Survalent’s standards, and competitive positioning within agreed timelines
• Proposal preparation: Develop error‑free, technically accurate, and well‑structured proposals that clearly articulate the scope of work, methodology, project approach, and implementation services
• Collaboration: Proactively communicate with project managers, finance and sales teams to gather and integrate technical, financial, and operational information into proposals. Work closely with management to report on the status of quotes, and proposals workloads. Collaborate with peers to share information, lessons learned and promote continuous improvement
