As a Proposal Specialist, you will collaborate closely with business development, investment teams, and various departments within the investment management business to develop high-quality proposal materials. These materials play a key role in supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end process of creating RFPs (Requests for Proposals), DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires), capability documents, and presentations, ensuring timely delivery and high standards. Maintain a solid understanding of the company’s systems, teams, products, and processes to create accurate, up-to-date proposal content. Ensure that the information databases are well-maintained, precise, and comprehensive. Oversee the internal review process for all submissions to guarantee accuracy and adherence to company standards.
