**Position Summary**
Contributes strategic and technical support for the sales process. Designs customer centered proposals that focus on financial positioning, product offerings, and network access. Applies technical knowledge of products, programs, services, policies, systems, and pricing methodologies to support Proposal strategy and deliverables.
