Prototype Build Technician

Job Summary The Prototype Build Technician is responsible for hands‐on assembly, debugging, and verification of prototype battery pack systems. Responsibilities Hands‐on individual contributor role responsible for the successful assembly and building of products to meet customer requirements and expectations. Work with the engineering team to assemble products to customer requirements and company goals. Assemble highly complex prototype mechanical and electrical components. Work with and report prototyping problems to Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME), Production Engineering, and the Launch Manager to eliminate future production problems. Perform preventive maintenance activities to support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Lead efforts in developing, implementing, and maintaining the TPM system.
