**Description:**
Under the direction of Director of Strategy, and as a key member of the Trinity Health Georgia recruitment team, supports and fulfills creative recruitment and sourcing strategies surrounding physician and mid-level provider recruitment. Supports the partnership with physician and provider recruitment teams across the System Office recruitment and Ministry recruitment teams to create and maintain a strong and continuous diverse candidate pipeline using innovative and creative, strategies that will fulfill the provider recruitment growth and development plans, both current and future, for the Trinity Health system in accordance with the Local & System Office needs and goals.

Utilizes multiple recruitment strategies and resources to attract, source, screen, select, and effectively deliver highly qualified, diverse physician and mid-level provider candidates to Trinity Health Ministries impacting candida...
