• Balance strategic oversight with deep engineering by engaging in hands‑on coding, mentoring, code reviews, architectural design, and planning to ensure both innovation and delivery excellence.
• Provide technical leadership for cloud platform initiatives, defining requirements, architecture, and success metrics for production rollouts.
