**Job Title:** Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN)
**Job Description:**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) with an interest in behavioral health to join a psychiatric care team. In this role, you will support individuals on their journey to recovery by providing high-quality nursing care in a structured clinical setting. The RN will play a key role in promoting mental wellness, managing patient care needs, and ensuring a safe therapeutic environment.
**Schedule & Assignment Details:**
+ Full-time shifts available (day and night)
+ 12-hour shifts (8 hours sometimes available)
+ Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
+ Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
+ 36–48 hours per week
+ Every other weekend required
+ 16-week contract
+ Start Date: July 16, 2026
**Orientation & Training:**
+ Initial orientation: 12 business days (Monday–Friday, daytime hours)
+ Unit-based orientation: approximately 4 weeks
