Opportunity Description
- Mix of 70% Young Adult ACT (ages 18-25) + 30% Adult O/P Bronx clinic
- ACT -Treat patients where they live - See an average 2-5 patients/day
- Automobile or metro-card provided for transportation
- MUST HAVE 2+YEARS Experience to be considered - NOT TeleHealth
- Article 31 - criminal justice background patients - Experience with population a plus
- Provide Evaluations, Med Management and coordinate primary care and therapy
- Must be ANCC board certified
- F/T Monday - Friday work week (mainly adult and older adolescents)
- $160K-$ hrs/wk + full benefits
