Opportunity Description
- Specialty: Child/Adolescent Psychiatry Physician
- Setting: High acuity adolescent inpatient psychiatry & substance use unit
- Target start date and Length of need: August start
- Shift Schedule: 9 am - 5 pm flexibility required
- Type of patients/cases/procedures required: Inpatient child and adolescent psychiatry patients; high-acuity adolescent psychiatric and substance abuse. Age range 12-17 (hard cap) with complex, co-occurring psychiatric and substance use disorders.
- Patient Encounters per shift: the number of patients seen on the entire unit is 13-21. Each individual doc would (hopefully) only seeing a maximum of 10-12.
- Available support staff: Multidisciplinary inpatient team including nursing, case management, therapists, and operational leadership
- Certifications & Credentials:
- Board Certification in child/adolescent psych
- Leadership experience
- Addiction experience
- Certifications - BLS
