Location: Beautiful Hawaiian Islands; Openings on Oahu, Kauai, Maui, Big Island; Choose the island you want! Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient jobs available; Inpatient jobs are on Oahu at the Hawaii State Hospital Start Date: August 1 or ASAP End Date: Ongoing - 3 or 6 month contracts with options to extend
Schedule: M-F 7:45am - 4:30pm Request Type: Full-Time outpatient clinic or inpatient State Hospital
Clientele: Adults with serious mental illness; may are on long-acting injectable medication; we also prescribe
Clozaril, so registration with REMS is a must.
Risk Evaluation & Mitigation Strategy (REMS) is a drug safety program that the FDA can require for certain
medications with serious safety concerns to help ensure the benefits of the medication outweigh risks. Requirements: BE/BC, Possess or able to attain Active Hawaii License, Clean Malpractice & NPDB EMR: Avatar Credentialing Timeframe: 2-4 weeks
