Opportunity Description
Location: San Antonio, TX Setting: State Hospital Start Date: ASAP (as soon as credentialed) End Date: Ongoing, 3 month minimum, extensions are welcome! Coverage: 40 hour week; 5X8s or 4X10s; No Call required, but available if desired Requirements: 
- Active, unrestricted TX License
- Clean DEA & NPDB (no current suits, unresolved cases, large payouts in the past 5 years)
- Board Certification
- Must be able to testify in court, as needed
- CPR course completion and maintain certification while working at the facility
- Commitment of a minimum of 3 months
