Psychiatry Registrar (Non-Training) — Permanent Role

The New Zealand Government is seeking a Psychiatry Registrar (Non Training) at Nelson Hospital for a permanent full-time role. The hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with on-call duties overnight and on weekends.

Responsibilities include assisting with psychiatric consultations, providing assessments and treatments for both outpatient and inpatient care, and developing relationships with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates must possess an MBChB or equivalent and have at least one year of house surgeon experience.
