Psychology Graduate (SEND Teaching Assistant) Take the opportunity to secure a Psychology Graduate SEND Teaching Assistant role where you will build the self-esteem, self-worth, independence and confidence of Secondary School children who have distressing and above average levels of emotional stress. Based at one of our supportive partner schools in Mitcham, you will work under the guidance of an experienced SENCO, Pastoral Support Officers and Heads of Years; receiving ongoing training and development throughout your role. Working in-class and providing small group support in an adjacent learning space, you will be tasked with improving the academic, social and emotional development of students with SEND and SEMH needs.
