Position Overview

Psychologist – developmental services for children, youth and families, based in Lappeenranta (and Imatra), part of Etujoukkue, Etelä‑Karjalan hyvinvointialue. The role focuses on research and planning of interventions for developmental difficulties and learning readiness in children under school age, in collaboration with children's close environment. Support also includes guidance to parents. The psychologist works within a multidisciplinary unit comprising doctors, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, nurses, rehabilitation and service coordinators.
