Job Summary:
This is a optional part-time (as needed) Outpatient Physical Therapist role.
Provides comprehensive physical therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. Participates in varied Rehabilitation Services activities designed to enhance patient care and programs. Demonstrates advanced evaluation and treatment skills and has ability work in any department or location assigned based on rehab needs. Experience meaningful one‑on‑one interactions with patients as you support their progress and see the impact you make firsthand.
