PT - Nursing Program Clinical Instructor Summary of Function: Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, are responsible for the supervision and training of nursing students in clinical sites. Helps with clinical skills, laboratory experiences, and assists with simulation experiences. Typical Duties: Student Learning: Serves Students. Provides clinical instruction and supervision of students in the clinical and lab settings, adhering to the policies of the clinical setting and AWC. Orients students to the clinical setting. Challenges the students' clinical reasoning skills and fosters the application of skill and knowledge development. Is available at all times the student is in the clinical setting.
