Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and tailored styling recommendations.
- Drive individual sales and support team achievement of monthly and annual sales plans.
- Utilize CRM tools to capture customer data and enhance clienteling and outreach.
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to foster customer-centric behaviors and team success.
- Maintain store visual standards and participate in store and community initiatives.
