PUB Engineering Traineeship: Engineer/Executive Engineer (Mechanical) [GRIT@Gov]

As an Engineer/Executive Engineer (Mechanical) at Changi Water Reclamation Plant, you will play a vital role in treating used water to produce high-quality NEWater and ensuring safe discharge to the sea. You will work alongside a team of engineers and contractors to implement maintenance strategies that keep critical water treatment equipment safe and efficient, develop maintenance plans and budgets, manage spare parts inventory, and oversee contractor performance to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and equipment reliability, and work hands‑on with the Asset Management System (AMS) for procurement, contract management, and asset tracking.
