General Summary of Position
Functions as a clinician and educator in the department's clinical educational and research programs. Serves as a role model for residents and medical students.
Contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies procedures quality standards and safety standards. Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations. Administers medications parenteral fluids blood and nutritional treatment according to established policies. Assesses and manages minor physical and psychological problems. Conducts clinics for continuity of care of selected patients.
