- To provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with fuel dispensing, maintaining cleanliness of the forecourt, and ensuring safe and efficient operations at the fuel station.
- Attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Dispense fuel accurately and safely into customer vehicles.
- Assist customers with oil, water, tyre pressure, and windscreen checks.
- Handle cash and card payments where required.
- Promote fuel station products and specials.
- Maintain cleanliness of pumps, forecourt, and work areas.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
- Report fuel leaks, equipment faults, or incidents immediately.
- Assist with stock control and receiving deliveries when required.
