Pump Fitting Technician

The Pump Fitter is responsible for the assembly and fitting of magnetically driven sealless pumps, to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation in accordance with company and industry standards, engineering drawings, and customer specifications.

+ Assemble, strip, and rebuild mag-drive sealless pumps to specification
+ Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out effective repairs
+ Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
+ Ensure correct alignment, tolerances, and clearances during assembly
+ Inspect components for wear, corrosion, or damage and recommend replacements
+ Use precision measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, dial indicators, etc.)
+ Maintain high standards of workmanship, cleanliness, and documentation
+ Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
