Passionate about supporting young people in education? Experienced in behaviour management and pastoral support? Looking for a rewarding permanent school‑based role?

The successful candidate will manage the day‑to‑day running of the school’s Internal Exclusion Room, providing learners with a safe and structured environment to continue learning, reflect on behaviour, and successfully reintegrate into mainstream lessons.

• Experience working with children or young people within an educational setting
• Strong behaviour management and de‑escalation skills
• Experience using restorative approaches
• Ability to support vulnerable learners and pupils with ALN
