Overview

HRSI is leading an executive search on behalf of apremium retailapparel &fashion brand operating in Pakistan, Dubai and KSA. The brand has an international presence in US, UK and Canada as well.

Position Overview: The Purchase Manager is responsible for end-to-end centralized procurement across the organization, covering General Purchases and Fabric & Trims. The role ensures cost-effective sourcing, timely availability, vendor reliability, and optimal credit terms, aligned with the company's operational scale and growth strategy.

This position plays a strategic and operational role, maintaining close relationships with vendors and service providers, developing new supplier bases, negotiating competitive rates, and enforcing zero-budget buying principles without compromising quality or timelines.
