Purchase Manager

Manage procurement of electrical components (switch gear, PLCs, VFDs, panels, etc.) Develop and maintain vendor base; evaluate supplier performance Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to optimize cost and quality Ensure timely material availability as per project schedules Coordinate with estimation, design, and production teams Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly Handle RFQs, vendor comparisons, and purchase order processing Track order status, deliveries, and resolve supply issues Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards Prepare procurement reports and cost-saving analysis Requirements Bachelors degree / Diploma (Electrical preferred) 510 years of experience in procurement (control panel/electrical industry preferred) Strong knowledge of electrical components and vendors Experience in vendor negotiation and contract management Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel Good analytical and cost optimization skills Strong communication and ve...
