PURCHASE OFFICER
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:
Intermediate / B.Com | 3–5 years of relevant experience in Purchasing / Procurement
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute the procurement process for items while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies.
Collect purchase requests from relevant departments.
Conduct market visits to gather quotations, verify product quality, and compare prices.
Prepare documentation and route quotations for management approval.
Purchase approved items from suppliers or manage cash-based market procurements.
Ensure timely delivery and proper follow-up with suppliers.
