Location: Jurong West Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm, Alternate Sat halfday No experience candidate is welcomed to apply! Job Summary To support procurement activities for marine operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating the timely delivery of goods and services required by vessels, while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders in a timely manner. Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms. Coordinate with vessels, technical teams, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marine stores, spare parts, provisions, and services. Monitor order status and follow up on deliveries to meet operational requirements. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
