Duties & Responsibilities :-
Issue PO to vendor, follow up quotation, delivery, shipment arrangement and manage sourcing for production consumable & maintenance parts.
Prepare monthly report for custom submission, maintaining filing system and updating appropriate records when required for MIDA & SST.
Ensure all outstanding PO are follow-up closely.
