Purchasing / Buyer Specialist

At China Three Gorges Europe we are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain Department and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy. Procurement Project Management:

Receive order lists and initiate procurement documentation.

Archive all project documentation in ARIBA and SharePoint.

Conduct credit evaluations using the comprehensive scoring method for each project and annually.

Audit & Data Requests:

Collaboratively handle audits and data collection tasks requested by headquarters.

Monthly reporting to CTGI on the status and details of completed procurement projects.

Periodic review of finalized contracts with the contract management team.

Updates the procurement registry.

Contract Management Support:

Review and correct contract data in the ERP-Ariba system to ensure completeness and accuracy.
