- Assist in the procurement process by generating purchase orders and tracking order status.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and assist with stock management.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding purchases.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill purchasing needs and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
