  • Assist in the procurement process by generating purchase orders and tracking order status.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and assist with stock management.
  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding purchases.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill purchasing needs and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
