• Source reliable suppliers & contractors and ensure project costs stay within budget and maximize savings and profits.
• Verify and approve purchase requisitions by reviewing cost comparison reports, clarifying unclear items, recommending alternatives or substitutes, and proposing value engineering.
• Verify and approve materials requisitions, site measurements of work done, progress claims and invoices.
