Overview
The Purchasing Manager will oversee all procurement operations of the hotel, ensuring that goods and services are acquired at optimal quality, cost, and delivery terms.
Responsibilities Manage the full purchasing cycle, including supplier sourcing, quotation management, and market surveys. Oversee daily purchasing operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and standard procedures. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure favourable terms and reliable delivery performance. Supervise and guide the purchasing team to ensure accurate and timely procurement processes. Work closely with the Cost Controller to monitor inventory levels and drive cost-efficiency initiatives.
