Job Summary
The Purchase Manager will play a key role in managing procurement across Navtara’s expanding restaurant chain. This role involves overseeing vendor relationships, cost control, inventory management, and ensuring timely and consistent supply of high-quality ingredients. The ideal candidate will have experience in F&B purchasing, be proficient in Posist and advanced Excel, and demonstrate strong negotiation and organizational skills. Familiarity with Goa’s local and regional suppliers is a plus, helping ensure smooth, efficient operations.

• Develop and execute procurement strategies that optimize quality, cost, and efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance.
