Job Description
Our client is a well-established company specializing in semiconductor-related products and services. They are currently seeking a Purchasing Officer to support their procurement operations and ensure the smooth execution of purchasing activities. 【Responsibilities】 - Issue, process, and manage purchase orders (POs) in a timely and accurate manner - Coordinate and manage purchase-related shipments, delivery schedules, and supporting documents - Create, update, and maintain purchasing codes and records in the internal system - Liaise closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth purchasing operations - Monitor order status and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantity, or delivery - Support purchasing process improvements and ensure compliance with internal procedures - Perform other purchasing-related duties as assigned Qualifications
