Oversee all organizational procurement activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and implementing effective long-term sourcing strategies. Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with global and local suppliers. Execute complex negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and quality standards. Manage inventory levels to balance optimal stock availability with working capital efficiency. Ensure the punctual delivery of materials to prevent production downtime. Direct day-to-day purchasing operations, maintaining meticulous records of all transactions for audit and financial reporting purposes.
