Radiation Control Tec: As a senior radiation protection technician 4 (RCT 4), performs the full range of RCT support activities and serves as the primary point of contact for planning, coordination of resources, and ensuring resolution of conflicting demands in highly dynamic and challenging conditions that require ability as a strong tactical decision maker. Assignments may be broad or narrowly focused, but usually require contributions of substantial independent effort. Ensures that radiological controls are correctly applied for radiological work, including high-hazard radiological work, by serving as authorized subject matter expert for development of radiological work control packages (RWCPs).
